Georgi Rakovski High School of Commerce prepares people for small and medium businesses in the city and the region of Varna.

The school attracts a lot of young people who face their vocational choice and who are convinced that Rakovski school is the one for them to obtain good training and an opportunity for a rewarding professional realization. The students here are the greatest assets of the school and they prove it by showing their knowledge and skills at all levels within the framework of the economics sphere in the country and overseas.

Apart from being one of the vocational schools in Varna, Rakovski school has been the face and the centre of the secondary economic education in Varna since 1904 up to nowadays.

The school has been working on many educational projects in the spirit of the educational reforms, targetting at the adoption of the European Union requirements. Such projects are the Bulgarian-Austrian educational project the Programme Phare and Junior-Achievement programmes.
